The Application for Building Permit (Form 1) has been updated to comply with the latest building regulations issued on 12 Oct 2021.
Changes include new setting for 'Emergency Recovery' as well as recording and displaying whether the application is subject to 'Cladding Levy'
and the split of Cost of Works between BCA classes 2 - 8 and BCA classes 1, 9 or 10.
